成人高等教育特色课程建设研究：现状问题与展望--以山东省为例

摘要

Adult higher education in China’s socialist modernization drive to make a great contributiontotheconsiderableprogress,butitalsofacesmajorchallenges.Inordertofurtherdeepen thereform ofadulthighereducation,ShandongProvincesince2009intheprovince’scollegesand universitieswithinthefullycarryoutconstructionworkofthespecialcoursesofadulthighereducation. However,duetocarry outtimesoon,theresearchisstillrelativelyscarce,andtherearesome deficienciesinthefaculty,curriculum,curriculum resources,curriculum evaluationandsoon,itis necessarytotakemeasurestooptimizeforthesedeficiencies.%　　成人高等教育为我国社会主义现代化建设做出了巨大贡献，在取得长足进展的同时也面临重大挑战。为进一步深化成人高等教育改革，山东省自2009年开始在全省高校范围内全面开展成人高等教育特色课程建设工作。然而，由于开展时间不久，其相关研究成果还比较匮乏，且在师资队伍、课程内容、课程资源、课程评价等方面存在一些不足，针对这些不足有必要采取措施进行优化。
