堆焊再制造层表面质量的分形表征方法

     

摘要

应用分形几何学方法,研究了不同路径间距条件下的堆焊再制造层表面形貌,用表面分形维数对堆焊再制造层表面质量进行了表征。结果表明:堆焊再制造层表面在一定尺度范围内具有分形特性,分形维数很好地表征了材料表界面的粗糙和复杂、不规则程度,是一个能够反映出表面内禀特性的特征参数,可以用分形维数来表征堆焊再制造层的表面质量;不同路径间距条件下的堆焊再制造层表面分形维数不同,路径间距越接近理论最佳值,堆焊再制造层表面分形维数越大,表面质量也越高。该方法可为进一步研究堆焊再制造层表面质量,以及优化堆焊熔敷成形再制造工艺参数提供定量依据。%Fractal geometry method is adopted to study surfacing remanufacturing layer’s surface morphol-ogy under different path spaces condition,and surface fractal dimension is used to quantitatively charac-terize the surface quality of surfacing remanufacturing layers in this paper.Results show that the surface of surfacing remanufacturing layer is a fractal structure during a fixed measure range.Fractal dimension characterizes the roughness,complexity and irregularity of material surface or interface very well,so it is a characteristic parameter which can reveal the internal characteristic of the surface,and can be used to characterize the surface quality of surfacing remanufacturing layer.The fractal dimensions are different of the layers’surface when the path spaces are different during the surfacing remanufacturing process.The more closing to the theory optimal value of the path space,the larger of the surface fractal dimension val-ue,the higher the surface quality is.This method can provide quantitative basis for further researching the surface quality of surfacing remanufacturing layers and optimizing the parameters of surfacing remanu-facturing process.
