基于费用估算的地空导弹装备部件维修方案分析方法

摘要

Aiming at the problem of ground to air missile equipment components maintenance scheme selection,based on the consideration of the equipment working time,component reliability,relay level repair ratio and environmental factors and other parameters,the analysis method of ground to air missile e-quipment components maintenance scheme is given,a model for estimating the maintenance cost of the components maintenance system is built,and the effects of various parameters on the total maintenance cost of components are simulated and analyzed.With specific examples,the missile equipment component maintenance system quantitative criteria are analyzed,which provides the quantitative decision support for component maintenance scheme selection.%针对地空导弹装备部件维修方案选择问题,综合考虑装备工作时间、部件可靠性、中继级修复比例及环境因子等参数,给出了地空导弹装备部件维修方案分析思路,构建了部件维修系统维修费用估算模型,仿真分析了各参数对部件维修系统总费用的影响.结合具体实例,分析了地空导弹装备部件维修方案定量判断标准,为部件维修方案选择提供了量化决策支持.
