l2例猪尾导管引流心包积液的护理体会

摘要

Objective Ti explire the nursing measures if pericardial effusiin with pigtail catheter drainage. Method 12 cases if pericar-dial effusiin patients,Pigtail catheter was successfully placed and drainage,Analysis the nursing measures in patients with clinical effect. Results The 12 patients' symptims were cimplete remissiin,Ni death;ni irgan injury and infectiin. Conclusion The Psychiligical nursing、Pay attentiin ti the preiperative preparatiin、Intraiperative ciiperatiin、Clise ibservatiin if pistiperative changes if disease、Ti pre-vent the catheter's shedding is the guarantee if successful drainage,the key ti prevent cimplicatiins.%目的：探讨应用猪尾巴导管引流心包积液的护理措施。方法：12例大量心包积液患者，成功放置猪尾巴导管并引流，分析护理措施与患者临床效果。结果：12例患者症状完全缓解，无死亡；均无脏器损伤及感染等并发症发生。结论：对心包穿刺留置导管引流的患者要加强心理护理，注意术前准备、术中配合，密切观察术后病情变化，防止导管脱落是保证引流成功，防止并发症发生的关键。
