肛瘘术后中医药镇痛治疗进展

摘要

Objective To summarize the progress of analgesic treatment of TCM after analfistula operation. Methods Collect all kinds of literature in recent years, summarize the clinical efficacy of TCM after analfistula operation. This article summarizes the progress of TCM after analfistula operation from the aspects of external treatment of Chinese medicine, oral administration of Chinese medicine, and acupuncture therapy. Results The principle of treatment for anal fistula after operation is to free blood vessel, adjust the qi,open the interstice structures, so that can transform local stasis, and relieve the pain. Conclusion Effect of analgesic treatment of TCM after analfistula operation is remarkable, worthy of promotion in clinical, but familiar with the mechanism of pain and flexible individual differentiation at the same time, we should further improve the pharmacological research of large sample data of pain mechanism and analgesic treatment of TCM in future studies.%目的 归纳总结肛瘘术后中医药镇痛治疗进展.方法 搜集近年来各类文献资料,归纳中医药在肛瘘术后镇痛的临床疗效,并从中药外治、中药内服外用、针灸疗法等方面总结综述近年来肛瘘术后中医药镇痛治疗进展.结果 肛瘘术后治疗原则为疏通血脉、调畅气机、疏通腠理,使得局部化瘀生新,有效地缓解术后疼痛.结论 中医药疗法在肛瘘术后镇痛方面疗效显著,临床上值得推广.然而,在熟悉疼痛机制、灵活个体化辨证施治的同时,未来研究中应进一步完善大样本量疼痛机制及中药镇痛的药理研究数据.
