基于数据挖掘分析穴位贴敷治疗小儿厌食选穴与用药规律

摘要

In this paper, we sorted out acupoint sticking therapy in the modern literature to treat infantile anorexia and the law of drug administration, and analyzed the acupoint selection and the law of drug use in the treatment of infantile anorexia. After the screening, there were 35 articles of literature, including 17 points and 57 drugs. The results showed that the acupoint selection was mainly composed of Conception and Governor Vessels, and combined with the urinary bladder and kidney meridians. It is mainly used in the treatment of hawthorn, medicated leaven, endothelium corneum gigeriae galli, in order to eliminate food, belongs to the spleen and stomach meridians.%整理现代文献中穴位贴敷治疗小儿厌食的腧穴配伍及用药规律,分析穴位贴敷治疗小儿厌食的选穴及用药规律.经过筛选最终共纳入文献35篇,包括17个穴位,57味药物.结果显示,穴位选择上以任、督脉为主,配合膀胱经、肾经上的穴位;用药以山楂、神曲、鸡内金等消食药居多,以消食为主,多归脾、胃经.
