Objective To analyze the relationship between dietary patterns and the metabolic syndrome,in order to provide basis and reference for the cause of metabolic syndrome and interventions. Methods Dietary surveys were collected. Factor anal-ysis was used to obtain dietary patterns. Logistic regression analysis was performed to identify the the association of the dietary patterns with the metabolic syndrome. Results By factor analysis,four evident dietary patterns were derived. The dietary pattern 1was characterized by high consumptions of cereals and other foods. The dietary pattern 2 was characterized by high consumptions of meats and fishes. The dietary pattern 3 was characterized by high consumptions of vegetables、beans、fruits and milks. The di-etary pattern 4 was characterized by high consumptions of eggs and beans. The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that dietary patterns were independent influencing factors of the risk of metabolic syndrome. The dietary pattern 3 was associated with lower odds of having metabolic syndrome (OR=0.52;95%CI:0.27,0.99). Conclusion Dietary patterns were associated with the metabolic syndrome.Dietary pattem characterized by high consumptions of vegetables、beans、fruits and milks was prorosed to the treatment and prevention to the metabolic syndrome.%目的:分析膳食模式与代谢综合征的关系。方法进行膳食调查,因子分析确定膳食模式,Logistic回归分析膳食模式与代谢综合征的相关性。结果因子分析提取出4种膳食模式:模式1(以摄入谷类和其它食物为主);模式2(以摄入畜、禽和鱼类等为主);模式3(以摄入蔬菜、豆类、水果和奶制品类为主);模式4(以摄入蛋类和豆类为主)。膳食模式是代谢综合征的独立影响因素。膳食模式3(以摄入蔬菜、豆类、水果和奶制品类为主)是代谢综合征的保护因素(OR=0.52;95%CI:0.27,0.99)。结论膳食模式与代谢综合征相关,倡导以摄入蔬菜、豆类、水果和奶制品类为主的膳食模式对防治代谢综合征有重要意义。
