为了厘清高校后勤社会化改革对大学生公寓园区思想政治工作的影响，通过对高校后勤社会化改革引发公寓园区教育功能认知的争论、市场化服务对大学生价值取向的判断、开放化管理对园区不稳定因素的产生及网络化传媒对传统思想政治教育模式的挑战等进行了分析，提出了通过统一园区教育功能的认识，提高思想政治教育工作的凝聚力；通过加强园区基层组织建设，提高思想政治工作的执行力；通过加强园区安全稳定，提高思想政治工作的战斗力；通过打造园区网络信息平台，提高思想政治工作的影响力，把大学生公寓园区打造成为思想政治工作的第二课堂。%In order to clarify the influence of socialized reform on ideological and political work in college students'apartment park,through analyzing argument of park education function caused by socialized reform of college logistics,judgment of college students'value orientation caused by market service,labile factors in parks caused by opening administration and challenges to traditional ideological and political education mode caused by network media,this paper puts forward that we should improve cohesion of ideological and political work through unifying the understand of park education function,improve the execution through strengthening primary-level organization construction,improve the fighting capacity through enhancing safety and stability of parks,and improve the influence through constructing network informational platform so as to make college students'apartment park the second classroom for ideological and political work.
