高职院校公共基础课分层教学的探索与实践

         

摘要

在生源多样化的背景下,以因材施教、分层教学为出发点,提出了高职院校公共基础课程改革的实施方案,阐述了实施分层教学的基本环节。实施分层教学后,课堂教学效率明显提高,学习氛围得以改善,取得了显著的教学效果。在分层教学中应注意健全组织领导机构,优化师资配置,强化教学与学生管理,加强学生心理调适等问题。%On the background of diversification of students and starting with individualized teach-ing and stratified teaching,this paper puts forward implementation schemes of public elementary course reform in higher vocational colleges and expounds the basic processes of implementing stratified teaching. After implementing stratified teaching, classroom teaching efficiency im-proves markedly,learning atmosphere improves observably and remarkable achievements have been made.During stratified teaching,we should pay attention to the problems such as perfec-ting institutional leadership organization,optimizing teachers disposition,enhancing teaching and students management and enhancing psychological adj ustment for students.
