南京市“321人才引进计划”实施效果评价研究

摘要

The implementation of Nanjing “321 Talents Program” has played an important role for regional economy development. In order to better understanding it, a project was setup to study the effectiveness of “321 Talents Program”. This paper takes the program as the research object and focuses on analyzing the status quo and achievements and existing problems of the program, and puts forward some suggestions for future development.%南京市“321人才引进计划”实施以来，对南京市经济发展起到了较大的推动作用。文章以其为研究对象，重点研究分析“321人才引进计划”的实效现状、取得的成效以及存在的不足，并结合相关研究提出了促进其优化实施的对策建议。
