To provide a talent introduction method which has less loss of employment opportunities.SOLUTION: The talent introduction method comprises: a step (A) of receiving desired working condition information of a job seeker and staffing registration information about a temporary staffing agency with which the job seeker is registered as temporary staff, from a job seeker terminal; a step (B) of receiving recruiting information and contracting temporary staffing agency information about temporary staffing agencies with which a recruiting company concludes a temporary staffing contract, from a recruiting company terminal; a step (C) of, if the working condition information and the recruiting information match, contrasting the staffing registration information with the contracting temporary staffing agency information to determine whether the temporary staffing agency with which the job seeker is registered as temporary staff and any of the temporary staffing agencies with which the recruiting company concludes a temporary staffing contract match or not; a step (D) of, if they do not match, transmitting information for causing the job seeker to register as temporary staff with at least one of the temporary staff agencies with which the recruiting company concludes a temporary staffing contract, to the job seeker terminal; and a step (E) of transmitting information showing that the job seeker can be employed as temporary staff, to the job seeker terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
