咪达唑仑联合昂丹司琼预防腹腔镜下胆囊切除患者术后恶心呕吐的效果

摘要

Objective To evaluate the antiemetic effect of midazolam combined with ondansetron on postoperative nausea and vomiting in the patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) .Methods Ninety LC patients were equally and randomly assigned into three groups of A (injected midazolam 0.03 mg/kg and ondansetron 8 mg during induction) ,B (injected ondansetron 8 mg ) and C (injected midazolam 0.03 mg/kg ) .Anesthesia was maintained with sevoflurane inhalation .Nausea and vomiting were observed within 24 hours after operation .Results The incidence rate of nausea and vomiting during 24 hours after operation was significantly lower in groups of A and B than that in group C(11.4% and 15.5% vs .21.7% )(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Low dose midazolam combined with ondansetron therapy is superior to midazolam or ondansetram alone in reducing the postoperative nausea and vomiting in LC patients .%目的：观察咪达唑仑联合昂丹司琼预防腹腔镜下胆囊切除（LC）术后恶心呕吐的效果。方法全麻下行LC患者90例随机均分为三组：麻醉诱导期分别注射咪达唑仑0.03mg／kg＋诱导后昂丹司琼8mg（A组）、昂丹司琼8mg（B组）和咪达唑仑0.03mg／kg（C组）。吸入七氟烷维持麻醉。观察三组患者术后24h内恶心呕吐发生情况。结果术后24h内，A组和B组恶心呕吐总发生率低于C组（11.4％和15.5％vs．21.7％）（P＜0．05）。结论小剂量咪达唑仑复合昂丹司琼预防LC患者术后恶心呕吐的效果优于单独应用昂丹司琼或咪达唑仑。
