护理带教中实施SBAR沟通模式的效果评价

摘要

目的 剖析护理带教中引入SBAR沟通模式对护患沟通能力及双向满意度的影响.方法 将2015年8月至2016年7月来本院实习的41例护生作为对照组,予以传统护理带教;将2016年8月至2017年7月来本院实习的40例护生作为研究组,在传统护理带教模式中实施SBAR沟通模式.比较两组带教老师和被调研患者的基线数据资料;两组护生均接受临床沟通能力量表、满意度问卷测评.结果 两组带教老师和被调研患者的基线数据资料比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P> 0.05).研究组护生沟通能力评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P< 0.05).被调查患者的满意度(126例,95.5%)高于对照组(109例,83.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 将SBAR沟通模式应用于护理带教模式中,能提高师生双向满意度及护患沟通能力,值得做进一步推广.%Objective To analyze the influence of the SBAR communication mode on the nurse-patient communication ability and two-way satisfaction degree in the nursing teaching.Methods Forty-one nursing students who practiced at our hospital from August,2015 to July,2016 were set as a control group,and were taught with traditional nursing.And forty nursing students who practiced at our hospital from August,2016 to July,2017 were set as a research group;and SBAR communication mode was implemented in the traditional nursing teaching.The baseline data were compared between the two groups' teachers and the surveyed patients.Both groups were evaluated by Clinical Communication Ability Scale and Satisfaction Questionnaire.Results There were no statistical differences in the baseline data between the two groups' teachers and the investigated patients (P > 0.05).The communication ability scores were higher in the research group than in the control group,with statistical differences (all P < 0.05).The satisfaction degree was higher in the research group than in the control group,with a statistical difference (95.5% vs.83.5%,P < 0.05).Conclusions The application of SBAR communication mode in nursing teaching mode can improve the two-way satisfaction between teachers and students and the ability of nurse-patient communication,so it is worth for further promotion.
