吻合器痔上粘膜环切术治疗痔二次手术的临床分析及对策

摘要

Objective To observe causes and strategy reoperation after procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids (PPH). Methods Twenty-five cases with various complications after procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids were analyzed and treated. Results The occurrence of various complications was related to incorrect use of stapler. Conclusion Strictly grasping the indications and improving doctors' operating skills and using traditional methods can reduce complications of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids, and also low probability of reoperation.%目的 探讨吻合器痔上粘膜环切术治疗痔二次手术的原因及对策.方法 对吻合器痔上粘膜环切术后出现并发症的25例病例进行分析和处理.结果 各种并发症的发生与吻合器的使用不当相关.结论 严格把握适应症、提高术者操作技巧,与传统方法结合使用可以减少吻合器痔上粘膜环切术的并发症而减少二次手术的机率.
