Objective To provide reference for clinical safe and rational drug use. Methods The data of seven hospitals in Guangzhou from July 2005 to December 2007 were analyzed retrospectively, and frequency analysis method was used Results Quinolones rank first, the frequency of whose usage is 12.91%; while the frequency of the usage of cefuroxime is 7.14%. And the percentage of the use of drugs for basic national medical is 91.9% while the tablets is 49.37% and the injection is 69.66%.Conclusions People tend to abuse the advanced antibacterial more and more,and many antibacterials are included in the drugs for basic national medical. Besides, intelligent use of the injection should be given attention.%目的 对广州市七家医院2005年7月-2007年12月的抗菌药物使用情况进行调查分析,为临床安全合理用药提供参考.方法 本文分析采用频度分析方法 .结果 喹诺酮类药物排名第一,其用药频度占12.91%,;头孢呋辛用药频度占7.14%;抗菌药物中医保药品使用占91.9%;片剂占总用药频度的49.37%,注射剂占总使用金额的69.66%.结论 抗菌药物的使用存在滥用高级抗菌药物趋势,医保目录广泛覆盖抗菌药物,注射剂的合理使用应引起关注.
