参与式教学法在肺科临床护理带教中的应用

摘要

Objective To explore the application effect of participative teaching method and traditional teaching method in pulmonary clinical nursing teaching.Methods 4-year nursing students of full-time university practiced in our hospital's pulmonary department enrolled in 2011 and 2012 were divided into experimental group and control group, 45 students in each group.The participative teaching method was taken in experimental group,while traditional teaching method was taken in control group.The teaching evaluation adopted basic theory test,professional operation test, courseware presentation, comprehensive quality assessment, participative teaching method effect assessment and patients' satisfaction questionnaire.Results There were statistically significant differences in basic theory test, professional operation evaluation, courseware presentation, comprehensive quality assessment, the result of patients' satisfaction questionnaire between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusions The application of participative teaching method plays an important and realisitic role in strenthening nursing students theory and manipulative ability, thus improving their adaptability to clinical post.Therefore, participative teaching method is worthy of generalizing in clinical teaching.%目的 探讨参与式教学法与传统教学法对肺科护理临床教学的影响.方法 将2011级、2012级在我院肺三科实习的本科全日制四年制护生分为实验组和对照组各45名.实验组采用参与式教学法,对照组采用传统教学法.教学评价采用理论知识考试、专业操作技能考试、分组课件制作及小讲课、综合能力考试、护生对参与式教学法的评价和患者对护生的满意度调查的方法.结果 实验组和对照组护生在理论知识考试、专业操作技能考试、分组课件制作及小讲课、综合能力考试的成绩差异均有统计学意义(P< 0.05);患者对两组护生的临床工作能力满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 参与式教学法对护生理论知识的强化和动手能力的提高均有很重要的现实意义,从而提高了护生对护理岗位的适应性,这一方法值得在临床带教中推广.
