经鼻导管高流量加温湿化正压通气治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征临床研究

摘要

目的 分析经鼻导管高流量加温湿化正压通气治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床效果.方法 将本院2014年1月至2016年1月收治的80例新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿随机分为对照组和研究组,各40例.对照组常规治疗,研究组实施经鼻导管高流量加温湿化正压通气治疗,比较两组临床疗效.结果 两组血气、治疗时间、并发症发生率比较,研究组所取得的治疗效果更优,血气指标数值逐步得到恢复并接近正常水平,同时研究组并发症发生率仅为10％,显著低于对照组的20％,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 经鼻导管高流量加温湿化正压通气值治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征值得推广使用.%Objective To analyze the effect of warming and humidifying positive pressure ventilation with high flow through nasal catheter in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.Methods 80 patients with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome treated at our hospital from January,2014 to January,2016 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,40 cases for each group.The control group received conventional treatment and the study group warming and humidifying positive pressure ventilation with high flow through nasal catheter.The clinical curative effects were compared between these two groups.Results The blood gas and treatment time were better in the study group than in the control group.The blood gas indexes were getting better and recover to near normal in the study group.The incidence of complications was 10％ in study group and 20％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Warming and humidifying positive pressure ventilation with high flow through nasal catheter in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome is worth being generalized.
