胆总管结石患者内镜逆行胰胆管造影术治疗中临床护理路径的应用效果

摘要

目的 探讨临床护理路径在胆总管结石患者行内镜逆行胰胆管造影术治疗中的应用效果.方法 收集我院2014年11月至2015年9月入院的64例胆总管结石并行内镜逆行胰胆管造影术患者随机分为两组,对照组患者采用常规护理,实验组患者则加施临床护理路径,比较两组患者首次插管成功率与相关临床指标、相关并发症与总体护理满意度.结果 实验组患者首次插管成功率(90.63％)显著高于对照组(59.38％),排气时间[(52.55±10.65)h]、愈合时间[(6.22±2.84)d]、离床时间[(7.86±3.24)d]与住院时间[(9.01±3.58)d]显著短于对照组[(62.34±11.37)h,(8.59±3.07)d,(10.80±3.95)d,(12.14±4.89)d],差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).实验组患者总体并发症发生率(9.38％)显著低于对照组(40.63％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).实验组患者总体护理满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜ 0.05).结论 临床护理路径在胆总管结石患者行内镜逆行胰胆管造影术治疗中的应用效果显著,可提高满意度,具有借鉴性.%Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing path in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancretography in the treatment of patients with choledocholithiasis.Methods 64 patients with choledocholithiasis undergoing endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancretography in our hospital from November 2014 to September 2015 were randomly divided into two groups,control group was treated with routine care,experimental group was treated with clinical nursing path on the basis,compared the first time intubation success rate,related clinical parameters,complications,and the overall nursing satisfaction of two groups.Results The first time intubation success rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group (90.63％ vs.59.38％),exhaust time [(52.55±10.65)h],healing time [(6.22±2.84)d],off bed time [(7.86±3.24)d],and the length of hospital stay [(9.01±3.58)d] were significantly shorter than those of control group [(62.34±11.37)h,(8.59±3.07)d,(10.80±3.95)d,(12.14±4.89)d],with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The overall complication rate of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group (9.38％ vs.40.63％),with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction of experimental group was obviously better than that of control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing path has significant application effect in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancretography in the treatment of patients with choledocholithiasis,which can improve satisfaction,with reference.
