A method for antireflexive supraduodenal choledochoduodenostomosis at surgical treatment of the disorder of passableness of anhepatic bilious passages at patients of elderly and senile age at which the choledoch and duodenal gut section is carried out as well as evacuation of stagnant bile and concrements from the bilious channel gleam, formation of biliodigestive anastomosis as "side to side" by knot atraumatic needle (Vikril 4/0) without capture of mucous membranes. The opening of the choledoch gleam in the longitudinal direction is carried out by a cut from 1.0 up to in the supraduodenal site.
