奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期结肠癌临床观察

Objective To investigate the effect of oxaliplatin combined with S-1 for patients with advanced colon cancer.Methods 106 patients with advanced colon cancer treated at our hospital from February,2014 to February,2015 were selected and randomly divided a conventional group and a combination group,53 cases for each group.The conventional group were routinely treated and the combined group were treated with S-1 and oxaliplatin.Results The treatment effective rate was 92.45％ in the combination group and 77.36％ in the conventional group (x 2=4.032,P=0.025).The quality of daily life was (52.51±6.05) in the combination group and (47.99±5.26) in the conventional group (t=3.265,P=0.031).The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the combination group than in the conventional group (50.94％ vs.86.79％,x 2=4.945,P=0.011),with a statistical difference.Conclusions Oxaliplatin and S-1 in the treatment of patients with advanced colorectal cancer can improve their clinical symptoms and relieve their physical and mental pain.It is worth being clinically generalized.%目的 探究奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期结肠癌患者的效果.方法 选取本院2014年2月至2015年2月收治的晚期结肠癌患者106例,依照随机方式将其分为常规组与联合组,各53例.常规组常规治疗,联合组奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗.结果 联合组治疗有效率92.45％,明显高于常规组的77.36％(x2=4.032,P=0.025);联合组日常生存质量(52.51±6.05)分,高于常规组的(47.99±5.26)分(t=3.265,P=0.031);联合组不良反应发生率50.94％,明显低于常规组的86.79％(x 2=4.945,P=0.011),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对晚期结肠癌患者应用奥沙利铂及替吉奥治疗可改善临床症状,缓解患者身心痛楚,值得临床推广应用.
