摘要

肾纤维化是各种肾脏疾病进展到慢性肾功能衰竭的共同途径和主要病理基础.研究发现肾纤维化过程中存在Wnt信号传导通路,并且在肾纤维化的发生发展中起重要作用.该文就目前关于Wnt信号传导通路与肾纤维化研究的最新进展作一综述.%Renal fibrosis is the final common pathway to all progressive renal disease.Studies have found that Wnt pathway exists in the process of renal fibrosis and plays an important role in the process of renal fibrosis.This paper reviewes the relation of wnt pathway and renal fibrosis.
