新生儿气管狭窄病因及诊疗进展

摘要

气管狭窄是由于不同病变所造成的气管腔狭窄,病因尚不清楚,但与先天性心脏病血管环压迫气道、气管软化及气管重塑等有着密切联系.影像学技术尤其是纤维支气管镜和CT对于诊断气管狭窄起到重要作用；手术是常用的治疗手段,气管置入支架是目前临床内科发展的方向.%Tracheal stenosis is defined as a narrowing of the tracheal lumen,commonly caused by different factors.The etiology are not clear,but are closely linked with vascular tings compressed tracheal,tracheomalacia and tracheal remolding.About the diagnosis and treatment in infants with tracheal stenosis,imaging techniques,especially bronchoscopy and CT,play an important role,and surgery is often choosed.Currently,stent is a development direction of medicine.
