系统性红斑狼疮与自身抗体相关性研究进展

摘要

Systemic lupus erythematosus is a chronic autoimmune disease.The serology of many patients have changed a few years before the appearance of clinical symptoms,the autoantibody is not just caused by immunologic derangement,but also has relation with tissue lesions.Therefore,it is important to investigate the significance of auto-antibody.This article is aimed at summarizing the relationship between systemic lupus erythematosus and autoantibody.%系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)是全身性慢性自身免疫性疾病.许多SLE患者在临床症状出现前数年即可出现血清学异常,这些自身抗体的存在既是机体免疫功能紊乱的结果,又是引起组织病变的原因,因此通过检测血清中的自身抗体对于SLE的诊断及治疗具有重要意义.该文对目前SLE与自身抗体方面的研究进展作一综述.
