实验室按年龄、性别分组建立甲状腺功能五项指标参考区间的必要性

甲状腺是人体重要的内分泌器官, 其所分泌的激素即甲状腺激素, 对促进人体骨骼生长、神经系统发育、三大营养物质代谢极为重要.目前临床实验室通过测定甲状腺激素来反映甲状腺功能, 但是由于民族、性别、年龄、生活习惯、居住地区、摄碘等因素对甲状腺激素分泌的影响, 而且各个实验室的检测仪器及配套试剂不同, 甲状腺激素检测的参考区间也各有不同.目前实验室只为妊娠妇女建立特殊的甲状腺激素参考区间, 并没有根据具体的年龄段和性别来分组建立参考区间.%Thyroid is an important endocrine organ of the human body for secreting necessary thyroid hormone, which is important to promote the development of human skeleton and nervous system.Thyroid hormone is used to evaluate thyroid function, changing by different race, gender, age, living habits, living area, iodine intake levels and so on.Various laboratory testing instrument and supporting reagents also can affect thyroid hormone reference range.At present, laboratory only sets special thyroid hormone reference interval for pregnant women, and does not set reference interval according to specific age and gender.
