Ultrasound-based molecular imaging technique is a role in positioning based on the conventional ultrasonic detection technology in combination with the targeted ultrasound contrast agent.It is a new technology to detect the changes of target tissue molecular level in vivo state.This article reviews the principles of ultrasound-based molecular imaging and its application in the evaluations of early inflammatory response,neovascularization,and vulnerable plaque in carotid atherosclerosis.%超声分子成像技术是在常规超声检测技术基础上结合靶向超声对比剂的定位作用,以检测活体状态下靶区组织分子水平变化的一种新型技术.文章对超声分子成像技术的原理和在颈动脉粥样硬化早期炎症反应、新生血管形成和易损斑块评估方面的应用进行了综述.
