禽流感病毒致病因素研究进展

摘要

对禽流感病毒(avian influenza virus,AIV)致病性的研究已取得了一定进展.AIV的致病性主要与血凝素、神经氨酸酶、RNA聚合酶和非结构蛋白的编码基因突变导致氨基酸变化有关,而且,AIV的致病性是多个编码基因共同作用的结果.%Some progress has been made in the research of pathogenicity of avian influenza virus.The pathogenicity is associated with the change of amino acids in hemagglutinin,neuraminidase,RNA polymerase and non-structural protein caused by gene mutation,and furthermore,it is the result of co-action of different genes.
