联合国儿童基金会的教育政策评析

     

摘要

联合国儿童基金会(UNICEF)自1961年涉足教育领域以来,其教育政策发展经历了初涉教育、发展教育、普及教育及全民教育四个阶段。在每个阶段,UNICEF关注的重点既有一定的连续性,又有所不同,从而使得联合国儿童基金会的教育政策在政策内容、政策目标等方面呈现出显著的特征。%Since 1961, UNICEF's education policy has experienced four different periods, involving in education initially from 1961 to 1972;developing education from 1973 to 1985;universal education from 1986 to 1999 and education for all since 2000. During these 51 years, the specific fields on which UNICEF has focused are consecutive and different. From these fields, we can find that UNICEF's Education Policy has some distinct characteristics.
