高精度刚架梁式SK-1应变计参数测定装置的结构和精度评定

     

摘要

The SK- i strain gauge parameters testing apparatus presented in this paper is based on the rigid frame bean principle. It is different from those commonly used internationally based on simply spported beams of pure bending moments or cantilever beams of equal strength. According to the two newly proposed concepts, i. e., the shape error of the cylindric surface of the calibration beam and the measurement error of the calibration beam deflection, this paper carries out the error analysis and accuracy evaluation of the apparatus to illustriate the justification of its choice of scheme, and designrnof structure. It is proven that the SK -1 apparatus is a high accuracy standard apparatus for the implementation of interna-rntional Recommendation No. 62 of OIML“The Performance aracteristics of Metallic Resistance Strain Gauges”, and Chi-rnnese National Standards of Resistance Strain Gauges, GB/T 13992 - 92. Its relative expanded uncertainty has been achieved Ur = 0.11%.%文中提出的SK-1刚架梁式应变计参数测定装置,同目前国际上一般采用简支纯弯矩梁和等强度悬臂梁原理制成的这类装置不一样,沈阳仪器仪表工艺研究所是采用刚架梁原理研制而成的,并按新提出的标定梁园柱面形状误差和标定梁挠度误差两概念[3],对其进行误差分析和不确定度评定。从而说明该装置的方案,设计思路和精度检定的合理性。为我国电阻应变计(GB/T 13992-92)国家标准和国际电阻应变计行业贯彻实施[OIML]国际建议62号“金属电阻应变计工作特性”提供一种高精度应变计参数的标准装置。它的相对展伸不确定度已达0.1%。
