In the urban distribution automation system, the 10 kV cable jointed-node temperature in some stations such as switch station,distribution station can hardly be effectively monitored in real time,which probably leads to potential safety hazard. So it is necessary to construct the high-voltage cable jointed-node real-time monitor system based on ZigBee wireless sensor network. The system consisted of wireless base station and wireless sensor unit,it took the low power consumption temperature sensor DS18B20 and RF transceiver chip nRF2401 as the core,and adopted host-slave communication mode. The hardware circuit of wireless base station and wireless sensor unit together with the communication software was designed, and the major functions of network management system were introduced. The feasibility and usability are verified by specific utilization in distribution automation pilot project of State Grid Corporation of China.%在城市配电自动化系统中,开关站、配电站等站内10 kV电缆接头温度难以得到实时有效的监测,存在安全隐患.因此构建了一种以ZigBee无线传感网络为基础的高压电缆接头温度实时监测系统.该系统由无线基站与无线传感终端组成,以低功耗温度传感器DS18B20及射频收发芯片nRF2401为核心,采用主从式通信方式.完成了无线基站与无线传感终端的硬件电路设计及通信软件的设计,介绍了网管系统应具备的主要功能.最后,通过在国家电网公司配电自动化试点工程中的具体应用,验证了系统的可行性与实用性.
