高功率电动汽车电池测试系统

     

摘要

介绍了一种下位机以dsPIC33F128 DSC为核心,上位机选用Delphi V7.0语言开发,上下位机采用RS -485完成通信的电动汽车动力电池测试系统.可根据多种控制时序自动完成充放电过程;该系统还具有实时采集与显示数据、数据自动保存及处理、数据及曲线打印等多项功能,并可用于电动汽车动力电池实际运行状况的模拟.试验表明该系统性能稳定,测试精度高.%A high power testing system of batteries for electric vehicles was introduced. In the subordinate computer part, it used dsPIC33F128 as the core. In the upper monitor part Delphi V7. 0 was chosen as programming language to complete the application design. The two parts were communicated through RS -485. The system could automatically fulfill the whole testing process according to various control scheduling. Furthermore,it also realized the functions of sampling and displaying data real-time,saving and processing data automatically, printing data and curves manually. It could also be used to simulate the practical operating situations of batteries for EV. The experiments show that the system has advantages of high reliability and high-precision.
