压电式六维加速度传感器实时信号处理系统

         

摘要

A kind of real-time signal processing system based on FPGA and DSP was designed to measure six-axis piezoelectric accelerometer based on 9 - SPS parallel mechanism. The FPGA was used to control kinds of peripheral devices, and the DSP was used to solve acceleration algorithm. Nine channels charge amplifiers was controlled by this system automatically,and synchronous sampling output signals by charge amplifiers,display and store the result of acceleration. It' s proved that the system can calculate acceleration of measured object real-timely at working frequency,and be used easily,with perfect interface.%为了实现基于9-SPS冗余并联机构的压电式六维加速度传感器的实时测量,研究并设计了一种基于FPGA和DSP的实时信号处理系统.该系统以FPGA为控制器对各种外设进行控制,以DSP实现加速度解算算法.该系统对9通道电荷放大器进行智能控制并对其输出信号同步采样,显示和存储计算得到的被测对象六维加速度信息.经过验证,该实时信号处理系统在传感器工作频率范围内能够满足实时性要求,而且操作简单,使用方便,具有良好的人机交互界面.
