二维位置敏感探测器(PSD)自动测试系统

     

摘要

In order to realize the characteristic calibration for large-size 2D position sensitive detector,an automatic test system with LabVIEW was designed. Computer with control software sent commands to drive the laser scanning the PSD full surface in 1mm step length. The data acquisition card sampled voltage signals and put them into calculation to get the coordinate position of laser spot. Binary quadratic polynomial correction method was used to calculate the real value of the light spot position and finally got the non-linear correction function of the PSD. From this way,the measurement error was reduced evidently,greatly enlarged the measure range of 2D-PSD.%为了实现对大尺寸二维位置敏感探测器(PSD)的性能标定,设计了基于LabVIEW的PSD自动测试系统.驱动步进电机以1mm步长对PSD光敏面进行扫描,并采集电压值计算激光光斑的位置.应用二元二次多项式法建立光斑位置测量值和实际值的计算模型,由此得出二维PSD非线性校正函数,使测量误差显著减小,较大地扩展了二维PSD的测量范围.
