The spectrum analysis of equipment vibration signal is an import way to equipment fault detection. This paper designed a fault detection device based on the ARM9 embedded system. This fault detection device sampled the equipment vibration signal with an acceleration sensor,through data preprocessing like amplification and filtering then the fast Fourier transform(FFT) was used to do the conversion between time-domain and frequency domain,and drew out different waveforms in the time and frequency domains for fault detection. Experiment results show that the fault detection device has higher veracity and stability, and can be used as a tool for real-time detection of fault device.%对设备振动信号的频谱分析是设备故障检测的一种重要方式.文中以ARM9处理器,设计开发了一套故障检测装置.该装置通过加速传感器采集故障设备的振动信号,经过预处理之后,利用快速傅里叶变换实现时域和频域的转换,并分别绘制出时域和频域下的各类波形图用于故障分析.试验结果表明,该装置具有较好的准确性和稳定性,波形显示精度较高,适用于对设备故障的实时检测.
