Then these parameters Will be transferred to a PC for computing and correction, it can get standard IV curve and other relevant parameters in application software. The system has high accuracy, automation, reliabiltly and good repeatability.%针对太阳能电池测量精度要求高、稳定性好、重复性好的特点,同时兼顾成本问题,采用电子负载动态测试法及补偿法原理,选用16位PCI高速数据采集卡采集初始电流、电压、光照强度高速参数,选用Atmega16单片机内部的A/D来采集温度低速参数,并将这些参数传送到PC机进行运算修正复现,在VC+ +6.0开发的应用软件中得到标准条件下的I-V特性曲线及其他性能参数,同时使用Atmega16单片机来进行脉冲光源及高速采集卡外部触发启动的控制.该系统具有很高的精确度、自动化程度、可靠性及良好的重复性.
