基于FPGA的内嵌滤波算法的高速PCI采集卡设计

     

摘要

Considering the deficiency of the existing acquisition card in the filtering process, the principle of the acquisition card, the development of the FPGA and the realization of the filtering algorithm are studied and a new type of high-speed PCI acquisition card is designed.The key technology is to transfer PC digital filter realized by host computer to FPGA in which 16-band FIR digital filter is integrated and M4K memory block is configured as two dual-port RAM, forming a double buffer.Experiments show that this acquisition card can ensure the high speed and high precision acquisition of the signal in the complex environment, and has been successfully applied to the integrated test system of the flat tail steering engine of an aircraft.%针对现有采集卡在滤波处理方面的不足,对采集卡的原理设计、FPGA的开发及滤波算法的实现进行研究,设计出一种新型高速PCI采集卡,其关键技术是将上位机实现的数字滤波器移植到FPGA中,在FPGA内部集成16阶FIR数字滤波器,并将M4K存储块配置为两个双端口RAM,构成双缓冲区.经实验验证,该采集卡能在复杂的使用环境中保证信号的高速、高精度采集,已成功应用于某型飞机的平尾舵机综合测试系统中.
