压差式光纤Bragg光栅流量传感器

     

摘要

This paper designed designedial pressure type flow sensor Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG) with Venturi tube and FBG pressure organization. Two FBG were fixed on the center line of isosceles triangle cantilever which was vertical attached on cylindrical wall,effective solution the problem of the temperature and strain cross-sensitivity and improve the measurement accuracy. Experimental results show that the function of amount of fiber Bragg grating wavelength shifts and flow was the second curve. The sensor is very sensible to the flow,and very stable. The relative error was 2. 9%. To reduce the error,users should choose the similar Young's modulus' material of optical fiber,adhesive and corrugated diaphragm.%采用文丘里管式节流管和光纤Bragg光栅压强机构设计了一种压差式光纤光栅流量传感器.该传感器中将两根光纤光栅分别粘贴在两个垂直固定于圆筒壁内的等腰三角形悬臂梁中心线上,有效解决了温度与应变的交叉敏感问题,提高了测量精度.实验测试结果表明,光纤光栅流量传感器中布拉格波长漂移量与流量的函数关系为二次曲线,实验结果与理论分析值符合得较好,其相对误差为2.9%.为了进一步减小误差,应选用光纤、粘结剂及波纹膜片三者杨氏模量相近的材料.
