基于石英挠性加速度计的卫星微振动测量控制单元的设计

     

摘要

卫星微振动高精度测量与控制是评价卫星平台与遥感系统等有效载荷成像质量和高精度姿态指向的关键因素,石英挠性加速度计作为高精度加速度敏感传感器可应用于卫星在轨微振动监测。针对石英挠性加速度计,设计了一种测量与控制电路,作为在轨微振动测量系统的核心组成单元,用于微加速度信号的检测与调理、抗混叠滤波、数据同步采集、处理、存储和状态控制。实际测试表明其信号测量精度高,数据采集同步性好,工作稳定可靠。%The high precision measurement and control of satellite’s micro-vibration is the key factor to appraise satellite,re-mote sensing system,and payload’s imaging quality and high precision orientation.Quartz flexibility accelerometer as a high preci-sion acceleration sensor can be used to satellite micro-vibration’s monitor,based on this,this paper designed of a type of measure and control circuit,as the key unit for satellite micro-vibration’s measurement.It is used to micro-acceleration signal detecting,anti-aliasing filter、data synchronous acquisition,processing,storage and status control.The results of the practical testing show that the unit operates stably and credibly,measures signal accurately,and has a good characteristic of synchronous data acquisition.
