针对变频调制MEMS 红外光源测试设备无法与计算机直接通信的现状,设计了一种基于FPGA的千兆以太网-光口转换器。通过FPGA编程实现UDP格式数据包和8B/10B数据编码转换,实时判断DDR3剩余存储空间,实现数据速率自动调整,实现了计算机与测试设备直接通信。经长时间测试,没有出现误码,表明该转换器设计合理、高效。%For the status of frequency modulation MEMS infrared light source test equipment can’t direct communicate with the computer,a gigabit Ethernet-light interface converter based on FPGA was designed. Realized by FPGA programmable UDP format data packet and 8B / 10B encoding conversion,judging by real-time DDR3 free storage space to realize automatic data rate adjustment,the converter realized the computer direct communication with the test equipment.There existed no error after practical tests for a long time,which shows that the converter design is reasonable and efficient. The converter was successfully applied to multiple test system.
