基于锁相环的电磁振动给料机频率跟踪控制

     

摘要

According to charging and feeding problems of magnetic vibration-actuated feeder , such as inherent frequency change,vibration cannot adjust to change that cause low vibration efficiency ,a kind of frequency tracking system based on phase-locked loop was designed .This system detects frequency of feedback current ,through zero-crossing comparator,phase-locked loop and phase shifter ,the feedback frequency works as driving signal on the inverter ,and the function of frequency tracking was com-pleted .The system applies phase-locked loop technique to electromagnetic vibration control ,which can realize auto-tracking conven-iently,which simplifies working processing and makes better equipment performance and higher production efficiency .%针对电磁振动给料机加料、送料的过程中,由于机身固有频率发生变化,振动频率不能及时调整而导致振动效率不高的问题,设计了一种基于锁相环的频率跟踪系统。该系统通过检测反馈电流频率,经过零比较器、锁相环,移相电路将反馈信号频率作为驱动频率作用于逆变电路,实现给料机频率跟踪的功能。该系统将锁相环技术应用于电磁振动频率控制,能方便地实现电磁振动给料机振动频率的自动跟踪,很大程度上简化了给料机的操作过程,使设备性能更优,生产效率更高。
