粉状稀土原料定量称重包装控制系统的设计

摘要

在电子称出现以前，对散状物料的定量包装，传统的方法是先通过机械秤进行静态称量，然后再进行手工包装。这种模式存在如下不足，不仅定量称重环节的称量精度不高，而且工人的劳动强度极大。自动定量称重包装是稀土原料出厂时的最后一个环节。为提高稀土定量称重包装控制的自动化水平，文中设计了一种全自动的定量称重包装控制系统。实践证明，该系统对实际生产具有重要的实用价值。%Before the electronic balance appears , the quantitative packing of the bulk material always uses the manual packing mode.Traditionally, they will be weighed with the mechanical scale first , and then be packed manually by workers .The disadvan-tage of this operating mode is neither precise nor efficient .Automatic quantitative packaging is the last step before they leave the factory.Thus, to improve the automation level of quantitative packaging of powdery rare earth material , a control system of quanti-tative weighing and automatic packaging was designed .Practices show that this control system has important practical value on the production .
