集成胎压监测的车身控制器设计

摘要

胎压监测系统能对轮胎压力异常状态进行监测和预警.胎压监测系统由无线传感器、胎压监测接收机和胎压监测显示器组成.根据胎压监测接收机的软硬件特性,将胎压监测接收机集成到车身控制器中.通过同一无线接收电路接收胎压和遥控钥匙信号,并实现在停车和行车状态均接收胎压信号.最后,针对车身控制器的胎压监测和遥控钥匙功能进行了大量的台架和实车测试.结果表明:无线接收参数符合要求,胎压监测和遥控钥匙功能正常,车身控制器运行良好.%Tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) can monitor and warn the pneumatic tires pressure abnormal condition.Tire pressure monitoring system consists of a wireless sensor,a receiver and a monitoring device.A body control module integrating tire pressure monitoring system was designed according to the hardware and software feature of TPMS in this paper.Body control module can receive the wireless signal of remote keyless entry (RKE) and TPMS from the wireless receiver circuit,and update the tire pressure data in parking and driving.Finally,bench test about RKE and TPMS in the lab and the vehicle shows that the radio reception parameters meet the requirements,the TPMS and RKE function is normal,and the body control module runs well.
