基于PLC和触摸屏的电容器接收装置控制系统设计

     

摘要

针对电容器接收装置存在劳动强度大、自动化程度低、生产效率低等问题,设计了基于PLC和触摸屏的电容器接收装置控制系统;在分析电容器接收工艺流程的基础上,详细介绍了系统的硬件组成和软件流程.系统以PLC为控制核心,采用模块化设计思路,对生产工序进行顺序控制,实现系统连续工作;以触摸屏作为上位机,实现参数设定及系统故障监测等功能.实际运行结果表明:系统工作稳定可靠,操作简单,人机交互性好,实用性强,满足生产要求.%For the capacitor receiving device exiting the problems of high labor intensity,low automation degree and low production efficiency,the control system for capacitor receiving device based on PLC and touch screen was designed.And the system hardware components and software flow were introduced in detail on the basis of analyzing the process of the capacitor receiving.PLC was taken as the control core,combined with using the idea of modular design,to realize the sequence control of production process and continuous operation of the system.The touch screen was used as the upper computer,achieving parameter setting and system fault monitoring and other functions.The actual operation results show that the system is stable and reliable,with simple operation,good human-computer interaction and practicability,which can meet the production requirements.
