钛白粉无机包覆改性现状及发展趋势

钛白粉凭借自身优良的特点在诸多领域得到广泛应用,对其进行包覆改性可显著提升钛白粉的应用性能.钛白粉表面无机包覆改性是钛白粉生产过程中十分重要的后处理工序之一.综述了钛白粉表面无机包覆改性的种类、方法以及钛白粉单包覆Al2O3、SiO2、ZrO2及复合包覆机理的研究现状,总结了包覆剂在钛白粉表面的成膜理论,展望了钛白粉无机包覆研究的发展趋势.%Titanium dioxide has many terrific characters and it's applied in many fields at present.The coating is helpful to promote the application property of titanium dioxide observably.Titanium dioxide inorganically coating is one of the most important post processing in production process of titanium dioxide.The current situation of titanium dioxide inorganic surface coating types and methods were reviewed.The mechanization of titanium dioxide single coating Al2O3,SiO2,ZrO2,and composite coating were explained.The titanium dioxide surface film forming theory of coating agent on titanium dioxide surface was summarized.The development prospect of titanium dioxide coating was also proposed.
