Survivin 拮抗肽对小鼠移植性神经胶质瘤的抑制研究

摘要

目的：观察 Survivin 拮抗肽的抗神经胶质瘤效果，阐明其抑癌的机理。方法 Survivin 拮抗肽采用固相法合成并用质谱仪进行鉴定；用荷瘤小鼠抑癌实验进行活性检测。结果 Survivin 拮抗肽治疗组体内成瘤率和移植瘤的生长明显受到抑制，t 检验显示实验组和对照组之间具有明显差异（ P ＜0．01）。结论 Survivin 拮抗肽对神经胶质瘤生长具有一定抑制作用。%Objective To study the inhibition of the survivin antagonistic peptide against glioma cells and its inhibition mechanism .Methods The survivin antagonistic peptide was synthesized by solid - phase method and identified by mass spectrograph .Glioma - implanted mice were used in experiments of the cancerostatic ac-tivity .Results The frequency of neoplasm - formed by cells with the treatment of the survivin antagonistic pep -tide decreased and the growth of the neoplasm also slowed down .The difference between experimental and con-trol groups reached statistical significance by t tests ( P < 0 .0 1 ) .Conclusion The experiment showed has the survivin antagonistic peptide inhibitory effects on glioma cells growth .
