青龙衣化学成分及抗肿瘤研究现况

摘要

在查阅近年来国内外相关文献的基础上综述了青龙衣的化学成分及其抗肿瘤活性的研究进展。青龙衣主要成分有醌类、萜类、黄酮类、多酚类、二芳基庚烷类等，其抗肿瘤机制包括抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、影响细胞周期、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、提高免疫、损伤线粒体结构、改变细胞膜的结构和生化性质等。青龙衣具有突出的抗肿瘤活性，值得进一步的研究及开发。%Through viewing on the basis of relevant literatures in recent years ,the author reviews the chemical composition and antitumor research of Cortex Juglandis Mandshuricae .Cortex Juglandis Mandshuricae main in-gredients are quinones , terpenoids, flavonoids, polyphenols, two aryl heptane, with its anti-tumor mecha-nisms, including inhibition of tumor cell proliferation , cell cycle and inducing tumor cell apoptosis , improving immunity , damaging mitochondrial structure , changing the cell membrane structure and biochemical nature . Cortex Juglandis Mandshuricae has an outstandingly anti -tumor activity , which is worthy of further research and development .
