黄连提取液物性参数的测定及相关性研究

         

摘要

Objective:Determine the viscosity (η) and thermal conductivity (λ) of Coptis chinensis extracts under different concentrations (C) and temperatures (T).Investigate the correlation of viscosity and thermal conductivity with concentrations and temperatures.Establish the regression equations η-C,η-T,η-C-T,λ-C,λ-T,η-C-T and λ-C-T of the water extract and the alcohol extract.Methods:Obtain the water extract and the alcohol extract with different concentrations by heating reflux and measure the viscosity (η) and thermal conductivity (λ) of the extracts respectively by using the rotational viscometer and transient double-hot-wires technique at different temperatures.Establish the relationship and analyze the experimental data with excel,1stOpt and SPSS data analysis software.Results:The results verified the mathematical model η=a exp(eT +dC + fC2) could well reflect the combined effect of concentrations and temperatures on viscosity.The thermal conductivity of Coptis chinensis extracts could be respectively predicted by the regression equations of the water extract(λ =0.696 2-0.146 4C-0.002 7T) and the ethanol extract(λ =0.313 0-0.043 1C-0.001 2T).Conclusion:This experiment can provide theories and relevant data for the process of extraction,concentration,drying of traditional Chinese medicine,the design and selection of pharmacy equipment,the pharmaceutical industries in the material balance,energy balance and rate calculation.%目的:测定黄连水提取液和黄连乙醇提取液在不同浓度、不同温度下的黏度(η)和导热系数(λ),考察各浓缩液的黏度和导热系数与浓度(C)、温度(T)之间的相关性,建立黄连水提液和黄连醇提液的η-C、η-T、η-C-T、λ-C、λ-T、λ-C-T回归方程.方法:采用加热回流提取方法制得待测定提取液和浓缩液.采用旋转法测定提取液的黏度η,采用瞬时双热线法导热系数仪、电热法比热容测定仪测定导热系数λ.运用Excel、1 stOpt、SPSS等数据处理软件对实验数据进行分析.结果:数学模型η=a exp(eT+ dC+ fC2)能较好反映黄连提取液浓度、温度对其黏度的综合影响;黄连水提液方程(λ=0.696 2-0.146 4C-0.002 7T)和醇提液方程(λ=0.313 0-0.043 1C-0.001 2T)可用来进行预测黄连提取液导热系数值.结论:在中药的提取、浓缩、干燥等过程以及制药设备的设计、选型及使用过程中,可以利用中药提取物的物性参数进行工艺参数控制,为制药工程中的物料衡算、热量衡算和过程速率方程等提供理论和数据支持.
