关联分析在胸痹心痛样本数据中的应用

摘要

通过段富津教授多年来治疗胸痹心痛中的病例数据作为数据挖掘的基本源数据资料.应用Apriori算法对挖掘结果进行分析,得出胸痹心痛致病因素与年龄、性别、既往病史、饮食、生活习惯、体质之间的关联规则,并对这些规则进行分析,得出最主要的影响因素,用来指导人们预防和医疗工作者确诊胸痹心痛.%The basic source data by Professor Duan Fujin for treatment of chest pain in case data as data mining, with application of Apriori algorithm it analyzed the mining results, the chest pain association rules between pathogenic factors and age, gender, medical history, diet, living habits, physical fitness, and these rules are presented, the main factors that influence the people, used to guide the prevention and health care workers with chest stuffiness and pains.
