叶酸中间体生产废水处理的应用研究

     

摘要

The combined process,Fe/C micro-electr olysis-Fenton oxidation-coagulation precipitation-hydrolysis acidification-A/O-biological aerated filter,has been used for treating the wastewater from folic acid intermediates production in a fine chemical plant,Jiangxi.The operation results show that by the Fe/C micro-electrolysis process the removing rate of COD is 41% and the removing rate of NH3-N 24%,respectively;and the removing rates of COD and NH3-N by Fenton oxidation-coagulation process are 53% and 48%,respectively.After the pretreated wastewater has passed the advanced treatment by hydrolysis acidification-A/O-biological aerated filter process,the effluent is stable,COD﹤500 mg/L, and NH3-N less than 35 mg/L,meeting the requirements for the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Yichun Salt Base.The technological treatment costs are 3.87 RMB/m3.This process is characterized by the advantages of good treatment effect,high economic benefits and so on,having very good application value in the treatment of fine chemical industrial wastewater.%江西某精细化工厂采用铁碳微电解-Fenton氧化-混凝沉淀-水解酸化-A/O-曝气生物滤池联合工艺处理叶酸中间体生产废水.运行结果表明:铁碳微电解工序的COD去除率为41%,氨氮去除率为24%;Fenton-混凝工序的COD去除率为53%,氨氮去除率为48%;预处理废水再经过水解酸化-A/O-曝气生物滤池深度处理,出水稳定, COD﹤500 mg/L,氨氮﹤35 mg/L,达到宜春盐化基地污水处理厂的要求.工艺处理成本为3.87元/m3.该工艺具有处理效果好、经济效益高等特点,在精细化工废水的处理中具有很好的应用价值.
