课堂教学是高职院校人才培养的重要形式,课堂教学质量的高低,直接影响着高职人才培养的质量。文章结合课堂教学的现状及存在问题,分别从教师和学校的角度,提出了构建高职课堂教学质量的长效机制,为课堂教学质量的提高提供理论性指导。%Classroom teaching is an important form of talents training in higher vocational colleges. Teaching quality directly affects the quality of higher vocational talents training. Combining with the status of classroom teaching and the existing problems, viewing from teachers and schools, this thesis puts forward to establish long-term mechanism of higher vocational teaching quality, and provides theoretical guidance to improve the quality of classroom teaching.
