制药废水絮体分形维数及最优处理条件研究

             

摘要

In this study,the wastewater from a pharmaceutical company were taken as the raw water to do coagulation experiments at room temperature,with PFS as coagulant and PAM as the adjuvant. The relationship of the fractal di-mension,the coagulation conditions and the COD removal rate was investigated. Experimental results showed that, under the conditions as PFS dosage of 700 mg/L,PAM dosage of 15 mg/L,raw water pH 7.0,90s of rapid stirring at 200 r/min and then 15min of slow stirring at 50 r/min,COD removal rate could reach 61.4% and the fractal di-mension of the obtained fractal dimension was 2.037,with a compact structure and fast settling velocity. It was dem-onstrated that the fractal dimension could reflect the flocculation degree and coagulation effect well in the treatment of high concentration pharmaceutical wastewater by our coagulation process.%以某药业公司制药废水为原水,以PFS为混凝剂,PAM为助凝剂,在常温下进行混凝实验,考察絮体分形维数和混凝条件以及COD去除率之间的关系.实验结果表明:PFS投加量为700 mg/L,PAM投放量为15 mg/L,原水pH值为7.0时,以200 r/min速度快速搅拌90s后,再以50 r/min的速度慢速搅拌15 min, COD去除率达到61.4%;所得絮体分形维数峰值为2.037,且絮体结构密实,沉降速度快.证明用该混凝法处理高浓度制药废水时,分形维数的变化能很好地反映了絮凝程度及混凝工艺的处理效果.
